We are a flexible team of employees and associates based across the UK, who bring with us a rich and diverse background. We are Chartered Psychologists, Business Psychologists, Training Consultants, Professional Workplace Coaches and experienced Assessors.
We offer regular CPD and supervision within the company, taking turns to share specific expertise and experience through face to face CPD and monthly webinars.

We are currently looking for Occupational Psychologists in these areas: London, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Cambridge, Norwich, Leicester, Nottingham and Devon.
As a member of our Associate Occupational Psychologist team you will provide a strength based approach to assessing clients for neurodiversity highlighting their talents and making suggestions for ways to improve their workplace and training solutions. Our Occupational Psychologists take a person centred approach to diagnostics, in a positive and enabling manner, seeking to empower the client to understand their neurodiversity in a meaningful way. We are looking for great analytical skills and an attention to detail in using and interpreting diagnostic tests and producing individual reports. We provide full training in our assessment methods and ongoing supervision from experienced chartered and registered psychologists.
