Robin Ray did a very thorough job on my carpets and sofa recently. In the case of a particularly stubborn stain on the sofa, he didn’t give up but came back and tried several different methods until successfully removing it. I was very pleased with the results and my sofa looks as good as new. Thank you Robin!
My daughter managed to shake bright red pen over my beige carpet and nothing would get it out. I phoned Robin Monday lunchtime, by the end of the day he’d been round to see the damage and by the end of the week he’d come back and managed to get the marks out of the carpet. It wasn’t an easy task but he was very professional and thorough to the end. This was the first time I’d met him and can honestly say he is a trustworthy, smart, polite, efficient person who takes pride in his business.
