Mark is a very experienced, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, dependable and most importantly reliable. His secretary Amy is always friendly, helpful and professional at the end of the phone responding with a sense of urgency if necessary when making appointments.
Your engineer Phil replaced the boiler at my house last week and I just wanted to say how efficient, polite and tidy he was when carrying out the work.
