The development projects proved profitable and enabled the Phoenix Investment Team to grow from strength to strength, thus by 2006 having studied the markets thoroughly the properties were making a return which allowed the company to expand. The expansion led to yet more property rental, developments and renovations.
During the recession period, the foundations of the company were strengthened to enable long term progression of the company for future projects. After the fluctuating economic the Phoenix Investment Team in 2011 endeavoured into Gold Investment opportunities as well.
In 2012 opportunities in the stock market arose, therefore the Phoenix Investment Team took advantage of prospects in shares, the following year in 2013 the company invested in a hotel, function room, beauty clinic to name a few.
The vision of the company is vast and we are confident that the future holds numerous profitable investments.
