Paul Rabbette, MRICS - Managing Director
Paul started his career in property in the Valuation Office. He subsequently went on to become Director of Rating at BBG Commercial/Douglas Duff and, more recently, Director & Head of Rating at CBRE in Birmingham, before deciding to set up Paul Rabbette Ltd. in May 2008. Paul is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Rating Surveyors Association (RSA) and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Kit is a Senior Surveyor in our Bristol office. He specialises in Landlord & Tenant disputes (rent reviews, lease renewals, etc.), minimising Business Rates liability and Valuations.
Freddy joined the company in August 2016. He graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA (Hons) degree in Planning, Property Development & Real Estate, and is currently working towards becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. Freddy predominately deals with Rating, Landlord & Tenant and Valuation for commercial property.
After working as a town planner and sustainability expert for a number of years in both the public and higher education sectors, Carol took on the formal role of Operations Manager in the family business in 2011. She tries to ensure the smooth running of the business, and deals with all non-surveying issues; she'll be found chasing up queries and implementing systems to make life easier and more efficient for our surveyors.
Katherine started her career as a Graphic Designer, after graduating from De Montfort University in 2001. More recently she has worked in Customer Service, dealing with the public, handling existing customer accounts, acquiring new business, account handling & general administration.
