Joanne joined the practice in 2014 and also works in the NHS in Cambridge as well as Saffron Walden Physiotherapy Practice where she enjoys treating patients with a variety of problems including neck and back pain, shoulder pain and sports injuries.

Saffron Walden Physiotherapy Practice approaches every appointment with a friendly and reassuringly positive manner. Diagnosis is always thorough and treatment informed by excellent professional skills and clear communication. Advice following a treatment is always instructive – explanations of ‘why’ and ‘what’ are clear, so that I understand what I’m told and believe the rationale behind it.

I have been enabled by this approach to work independently, at home, towards greater pain relief and increased mobility. I have complete faith in the ability of staff at the practice to help me, and my experience tells me that they will. Their approach instils confidence.
