Crystal Clean Service was founded in 2008 by Hayley Koseoglu (née Gillbard), at just 18 years old. She advertised the business by delivering flyers throughout her local area and began to provide the cleaning services herself for the first 4 months of trading. In that time Hayley built up enough clients to take on a small number of cleaning staff to do the cleaning while she concentrated on growing the business.
Today, still owned and managed by Hayley, Crystal Clean Service employs over 70 members of staff at various levels within the business, and operates across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.
Crystal Clean Service specialises in three key market sectors – office and business centre cleaning, industrial cleaning, including engineering and manufacturing, and car dealership and showroom cleaning. Each of these industries requires a range of cleaning services tailored to their individual needs, from daily contracted cleaning and deep cleans to window cleaning and washroom services.

Furthermore, we go the extra mile and DBS check, reference check and provide each employee with a personal identity card, which they must carry at all times.
And we don’t stop there! All employees are required to clock in and out at the beginning and end of each shift. This helps us to manage and monitor each person’s performance in conjunction with our monthly site checks and cleaning service audits.
