An expert in his field of Health and Safety and highly technical, Martin is NEBOSH qualified and member of IOSH, making him the backbone of UKGM as he constantly monitors every aspect of the business. He is committed to the comprehensive training of all staff to ensure our team always comply with current Health & Safety legislation.
Diane Russell (Rusty)
Coming from a background in the horse racing industry where it is paramount everything runs to schedule and deadlines are met, Rusty is extremely well organised which means that every job runs smoothly and according to plan. Given her previous role of travelling the length and breadth of the country there is no one better to manage the UK Gutter Maintenance workload and routing of the teams.
General Foreman Noel had a glittering boxing career prior to joining UK Gutter Maintenance, winning Bantamweight titles throughout his career spanning from 1995 to 2006, the highlight being becoming the IBO World Champion in 2000. Today Noel treats his work at UK Gutter Maintenance with the same commitment, enthusiasm and passion he had for his boxing.

In preparation of startup of an agreement, all specifications, client requirements and terms and conditions of the contract are finalised and confirmed, if appropriate at a meeting between our clients and the relevant personnel from our offices. All matters discussed are recorded specifically in the industrial or commercial gutter maintenance contract.
All client contact details are obtained and our company contact details, including details of the Project Manager for the works and relevant mobile numbers etc of both office and site staff, are issued.
Teamwork, organisation, and communication at all levels is absolutely vital and all concerned are briefed in full on the contract. We will keep you informed on a regular basis of our progress and expect regular review meetings to monitor our performance and provide relevant feedback.
Upon receipt of any initial commercial gutter maintenance, gutter cleaning or roof repair enquiry we will look to identify your requirements. If this is for an immediate problem, or repair work, then we will attend as a reactive call-out and provide you with a specified date for when we can complete the work. If it is for an on-going maintenance contract then we will create a suitable schedule of work for your business needs.
All commercial and industrial building gutter works are allocated a named Project Manager and are carried out by experienced two man teams, fully qualified for working at height, and directly employed and uniformed by UK Gutter Maintenance.
Communication with our clients is a key to our on-going success and we will endeavour to keep you fully informed of our progress before, during and upon completion of the work. We provide before and after photographs of work, together with reports on any major defects found, or areas of concern that need to be addressed. Should there be any minor defects found, wherever possible these are rectified before we leave the site.
