Linn Consulting was established in 2004 as an innovative, dedicated Quantity Surveying Consultancy providing a wide range of Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying services which cater for the specialized needs of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services industry.
Linn Consulting has undertaken a wide range of Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying duties from tender enquires, through to final accounts, of small and major refurbishment and new build construction projects, for both large corporate organizations and small specialist sub contractors. In addition we have in-depth knowledge and exeprience in the following sectors: commercial office, transport, water treatment, pharmaceutical, data centres, aviation, Ministry of Defence and green technologies.
Prior to commencement we ensure that we provide an individual professional service to suit our clients’ specific needs; we deliver this service to the highest standard and help our clients achieve their goals.
