All staffs have NVQ qualifications in care. Senior staffs have higher-level training on the Learning Disability Award Framework (LDAF, Level 3 and 4). Ongoing training and support is provided for all new staff. Regular supervision is provided to all members of staff. Appraisals and staff meetings are held regularly.
Rosy Care has the vision that

osy Care provides high quality, culturally sensitive, day opportunities for adults with learning & physical disabilities and for those with sensory impairments, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We are situated in a beautiful and peaceful area, about 200 metres away from the River Thames & the Canary Wharf, surrounded by lovely parks, waterfalls, a sports centre, a bowling centre & shopping malls.
At Rosy Care, we pride ourselves for treating every service user as a unique individual and we offer numerous activities including life skills, social, recreational and educational.
