Our carers endeavour to make a difference to our service users by offering care and support which is directed by an individual care plan agreed with the service user and care service, the care plan will set agreed goals which are realistic and achievable. We provide a quality care service which is value for money and professional, our care staff are friendly and trained to meet all the requirements and standards you would expect from a quality provider, our aim is to provide a professional standard of care and support either as day hours or live-in care and support service.
