We were very pleased with Paul and his team. They were on site every day (despite the freezing weather). The liaised with the scaffolders, skip people and the council. The recent rain and snow have been a good test of the work and we're very pleased with the outcome. There was one minor problem with the work, for which they came back and resolved. All in all, we've very happy and would recommend them to others.
My wife and I appointed IPP to undertake a significant reconfiguration of our newly-purchased Victorian terrace, which was in needs of some serious modernisation. From the very first meeting, Paul showed a genuine interest in the project and suggested lots of solutions and ideas which made us feel he would really care about the end result. He and the team were friendly, helpful, hard-working and always listened patiently to our requests or questions. New kitchen/diner, utility room, two bathrooms and two new roofs, all with new plumbing and wiring, were completed over the winter to a high standard, for a fair price. We love our new family home! Would definitely recommend and am indeed already talking to Paul about the next phase of renovation.
Very good job. Friendly & reliable team. They were consistently here from the start of the job to the finish & we are very pleased with the end result. The overall project management worked well, with plumbers, electricians & plasterers all turning up when needed. Also big thanks to Shaffi & Dan for all of their efforts in general building work and in drinking my tea. Would use them again.
I asked IPP to help when I noticed my old soffit & fascia boards had started to warp due to water ingress. Paul & the team arrived promptly as agreed, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner, making sure that everything was clean & tidy after completion. The new soffit & fascia was replaced along with the guttering. It looks much much better, and I am assured that it will last for an extremely long time. Would recommend.
