With machining at the core we offer a full range of engineered solutions to customers across industry. CNC and manual milling & turning, design for manufacture, production engineering solutions, vendor managed inventory, fixtures and tooling – if it has an engineered element then we add value to your products and processes.
Founded in 2008 by the current Technical Director Dave Shore, the company undertook machining for a number of local customers and grew steadily over the next few years.
Following a chance meeting with the now Commercial Director, Gary Waldron, it became obvious both individuals shared a passion for precision engineering so in 2013 they invested in new equipment and have used their complementing skills to grow Expert CNC into the premier supplier of engineering solutions it is today.
Based in Verwood our central location means we cover the central south UK and with over extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of engineering disciplines combined with an open and responsive attitude means our customers reply on us to add value to their production.
Early on 4 simple principles were outlined on which to found and grow the company. These principles, reflecting the founders own values, underpin and guide everything the company does.

We have defined key performance indicators for our business processes, as well as ongoing improvement programmes with clearly defined objectives and targets, in order to maintain focus on business performance and continual improvement.
Process owners regularly monitor performance against these indicators and targets, and ensure that adequate resources and support are provided, in order to maintain focus on the achievement of the business goals.
The senior management team regularly review performance against the business goals to determine the effectiveness of the business processes, and to ensure that the business reacts to any changes to the business environment.
