Maywoods has created a bespoke Meeting Portal, the aim was to create a system that results in a Paperless Office Meeting System. The System can be used by small ,medium or large organisations to ensure the smooth delivery of pre meeting information as well as during and post.

Maywoods liaised closely with the client to ensure all their requirements were completely surpassed.

Maywoods worked closely with Blackpool Council's Young Person's Service to install and write the software for a bespoke information sharing System.
