Over the past 40 years’ experience in the industry with qualifications in Business Administration. Has worked both in the Public and Private sectors including travel, IT, HR and the NHS.

The role is to assist Mr Puresh with e-mails, arranging appointments as required, following up same and keeping Mr Puresh informed of outcomes. Also works closely with Mr Puresh’s Personal Assistant, Simon, in helping complete the Mystery Shopping Train forms.

The audits will identify: what can be done for little or no cost, what requires re-allocation of budget and resource, and what requires long-term capital investment. This audit will also separate the access issues into low, medium and high priority. The service will then be in the position to prioritise spending and develop longer-term business and strategic plans.
