We are passionate about our business and believe this is very important.

Recently, I rented out my flat through Metropolitan and Crown's guaranteed rents scheme, as a first-time Landlord. The service really could not have been better from the initial visit and valuation to the day. I handed over my property, and everything was patiently explained to me. They could not have gone more out of their way to assist me in helping me to decide and in preparing my (much-loved) flat for rental, in amongst constant questions; concerns and angst on my part (as a first time landlord). This is an agency with a friendly, personal touch. I highly recommended them. I may even check back in a year or so to update as to how it's all still going!

As a Landlord, I am happy with the service provided. For the last 3 years of experience, all payments been made on time without any hassles. They will take responsibility for small works in the flat rather than annoying me for silly reasons.

Selling your property can be daunting. Several questions may be going through your mind. A couple questions may be: Which company do I choose to market and sell your property? Who can I trust to do this with a successful outcome? You may spend time trying to get the best possible price for your property while going through various estate agents. It is important to do your research before choose the right company for the job.

You need to be aware that if you decide to go with more than one agent, the sale commission will most likely be more than if you were to choose one agent to market and sell your property. Sometimes going with one agent can have its good points and bad points...

For example: Good points would be that one company would completely focus on your property without interference from another agent offering conflicting access times to the property. You would not have to give several keys to your property to various agents. You will find that you can focus on one agent in the hopes of them securing a sale for your property, as dealing with several agents may get complicated, or complicate the various steps needed to be taken to secure the sale.

Bad points of having one estate agent to market and sell your property would be that your property may not get the exposure it needs to create the desired asking price... or more.

Choosing more than one agent to market and sell your property can similarly have its pros and cons...

There are several other factors that can determine how much you will make from selling your property... both good and bad...

So do your homework, and check to see how long a company has been around and their success rate for selling properties. Your decision will determine the success of your property's sale.
