The directors of Croeso Care Ltd, Fiona Morris and Heather Burt, have over 30 years’ experience within the care industry between them. During the first few months of the company, both Fiona and Heather delivered care for individuals themselves, as they wanted the person centred care, that is Croeso Care, to be cascaded throughout the company.
Croeso Care was first registered with CSSIW in July 2007 with Ceredigion County Council and during the following year Croeso Care was invited to register with Pembrokeshire County Council and Carmarthenshire County Council in 2008, and they now employ over 160 Care Assistants providing care throughout the three counties.
Person centred care is the pinnacle of the company. Our Care Assistants promote independence and treat all our service users as they themselves would like to be treated, with dignity and respect.

“This is to say a heartfelt thank you to you and everyone at Croeso Care for the help and care you gave my mother over the last few months of her life, and for the way you managed to keep changing your rotas to give us all the help you could. All your team were lovely, but we want to thank the Llandysul girls in particular. Mum really appreciated them and the care they gave her, and they did a great job in helping Dad to accept their help too. They were just brilliant and the support they have to me and my sister in the last few weeks made such a difference to us and meant a great deal.”
“I am writing to you and your staff at Croeso Care on behalf of my family. Over the years my mother was unwell and required the care of your staff to enable her to remain in the comfort of her home and to be with her husband. We want to thank you and your kind, caring staff for the wonderful work that they carried out. Having got to know quite a number of lovely women who treated Mum in such a lovely, dignified way. Their kindness, care and support was extremely touching.”
“To Croeso Care. Just a short note to thank you for the service provided for Dannie and myself, I must add you have a wonderful team of girls, most hopeful and supportive in a very pleasant manner. We shall miss them all very much. Best wishes to you all.”
“We would like to thank Croeso Care for the support and care you provided for my mother Irene over the last few years. It meant a great deal to her that she was able to spend her remaining days in her own home. Would you be kind enough to give the enclosed thank you cards to Chris and Dafydd as on numerous occasions she told me how much she enjoyed their company and how well she was being looked after. Once again thank you.”
