Established in 1983 SWFT is a family run business which serves the whole of South Wales and its borders from our depot in Neath. SWFT is now one of South Wales’ premier independent forklift truck companies being main dealers for Cat Lift Trucks and JCB Industrial Equipment, with who we share our principles in business and customer care.

Personal service is at the top of our agenda, whilst being accredited to the Forklift Truck Association and Consolidated Forklift Truck Services we provide the professional service as set out by these national governing bodies.

Our product range is diverse and as an independent company we aim to provide professional, unbiased advice to ensure our customers have the ‘right machine for the right job, backed up by the right people’.

As a specialist forklift truck hire company our many contracts which range from short term spot hires to long term contract rental has provided us with a wealth of experience and ability to react quickly and efficiently to our customers in Newport, Bridgend and the rest of South Wales.
