Productive application of all mobile equipment
Congratulations to total truck training (UK) Ltd who recently conducted an ITSSAR Instructor course for National Express. The 10 day Instructor course was tailor made around the tow tractor. The tractors are based at National Express depots and will be used to help buses, which cannot be started, to move around the depots. <em>Can you thank Dean for supplying my team with excellent training for the Linde truck and the forklift truck ,the feedback from my team was really good, they were very impressed with the courses he delivered and how he delivered them, some of my guys struggle with reading and writing but Dean helped them with the theory side so it would not cause a problem for them (very much appreciated) , he held the theory part of the Linde truck training in our office allowing me to monitor his training as he presented it, excellent excellent excellent he is one of best trainers I’ve been able to witness, my guys do sometimes struggle with training but they all enjoyed the day/days they spent with Dean, and my guys are a very tough crowd to please ..</em>
<em>4 days through a 5 day course with total truck training UK Ltd and I must say we have had a very good instructor and has made learning on the course very easy seems a good company with good trainers. Very good to be honest after having a good week and others having a good course in previous months I feel the company have gained a lot from using you and the quality of knowledge and truck driver safety has increased.</em>
Can I say again that your instructor (Dean) did the impossible again and got 3 of my team to pass there FLT licence and two of these guys had no experience of driving a FLT truck before so another well done? I would also like to thank the scaffolding instructor (Ian) for the training he gave my team on how to use our Teletower (telescopic tower). I know this was a challenge for him as he had never seen this type of tower before but without this help, advice and guidance on how to use this tower we would of easily been injured attempting to use it. This shows how versatile Ian was being able to train on a piece of kit he’s never seen before so another very big well done again to Total Truck training
Would like to thank total truck training UK Ltd who came to our depot and helped me to believe in myself and pass my Teletruck license. Unfortunately, I was unable to achieve the same result in my Counter balance test but once again the instructor was able to make me confident that I could accomplish that in the future. Thanks guys!
