David has over 20 years CI and lean consultancy experience, within the Mining, Process, Automotive, Aerospace, Food, and general manufacturing (SME) sectors. He has worked for multinational organisations such as ICI and Bosch. He has programme-managed Divisional (global) cost-down programmes and Supplier Development activity Bosch. His passion is leadership coaching and helping teams and individuals achieve their true potential. His qualifications include BSc Mining Engineering, MBA with Distinction, NLP/CBT Practitioner, LERC-accredited Lean Coach, EFQM Assessor, Prince2 Practitioner, A1 Assessor and is studying for a Masters Level in executive Coaching.

Valley Rubber is a long established specialist rubber moulding company that was presented with an opportunity to supply a Tier 1 automotive supply with a high volume of product. The Welsh Assembly Government asked Peda Consulting to assist Valley Rubber to quote for and start supplying the order.
In line with the company's wish to be a "fully lean organisation by 2012", we have been working at two of the three sites in South Wales. In addition to the training, we have also carried out a series of 5S pilot projects at both sites.
