Dignicare was founded by two registered nurses, Gizelle Armstrong and Sharon Mankoo, in 2008. The registered manager and director, Mrs Mankoo, has over 22 years' experience of working in the care sector and also holds the registered manager's award. Mrs Armstrong has over 28 years' experience of working in the care sector.
Our staff are selected for their maturity and professional qualities and are qualified to a minimum NVQ level 2. We are committed to maintaining a happy, motivated and highly trained workforce with the key skills, understanding and competence to:
