Gilbert Sprous started Mercury Cleaning Solutions in the East Midlands after serving 20 years in the Armed Forces, spending 15 of them as a senior NCO. With Gilbert’s experience being combined with his intensive BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) accreditation, it should come as no surprise that Mercury Cleaning Solutions provides a dedicated service with unparalleled attention to detail.
We continue to grow and some years into the triple digits. Our competitive advantage is customer service. We are very adaptable and try to keep every contract that we gain. The average contract duration within the field of commercial cleaning is 3 years. At Mercury, our contracts average 7 years, but that is only because we have been trading for 10. We are confident that our average will increase as we continue trading. We still have the very first contract that Gilbert acquired in 2007.
