A varied and busy role has arisen with McCarthy Environmental for an Office Administrator. This expanding and quick paced company is looking for another member to join their Administration team.
Working as an Office Administrator your primary responsibilities will be, but not limited to: answering and directing phone calls, inputting data into our SAGE Accounts software – experience is an advantage but not necessary, full training is provided – issuing invoices, customer quotation follow-up and reporting, updating the CRM software and to provide general administrative assistant to the Office Manager and the Managing Director.
This exciting new role will also include helping to maintain our web presence. This not only includes our social media pages – Facebook, Linked-In and other directories, but also keeping the company’s website updated.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is highly motivated, can work independently, have a good telephone manner, excellent social media and communication skills, numerate and computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite and is looking to expand their skills in a busy stimulating environment.
We are looking for installation engineers with previous experience within the LEV or HVAC industry sectors, although consideration will be given to engineers from different disciplines looking for a new challenge!
The ideal candidate will have a high standard of workmanship with knowledge of LEV systems with experience in fitting ductwork, fans, filtration units and associated equipment. Ideally you will hold following certification although not essential as training will be provided to the successful applicant:
