We are confident that by the time the builders leave you will be more than happy with your new stunning loft conversion. However, clients have told us in the past that one of their key concerns was of what they would do should any issues arise, post project completion. We want you to relax and enjoy the new addition to your home, safe in the knowledge that we will come out to fix any potential unanticipated problems. So, along with a snag list (which we provide following a thorough final inspection), we ask you to hang on to 2.5% of the total bill amount for at least 6 months after we have finished, giving you complete peace of mind.
Sunshine Lofts carry out all their primary work externally and maintain a comfortable living environment for you by erecting effective weather proofing prior to knocking through. Furthermore our team members will only access the site through your house when it is absolutely necessary. In most cases we are able to enter the construction area from outside your home.
Having any significant construction work done can make gaining access to your property easier than it would be normally. However, at Sunshine Lofts we overcome this challenge by installing a secure alarm system to the construction scaffolding and testing it every day without fail, so we know it is working and keeping you, your family and your possessions safe.
