Shareholding in Pennine Holdings is a personal thing. Whilst we would welcome expressions of interest from private and corporate investors, our principles and values are key in binding us together, and any expansion of ownership would need to fit closely with this.
Pennine Holdings is currently owned by 7 key individuals; 4 are working directors, plus a non-executive chair and two private investors. We all share a common goal of transforming the success of the businesses that Pennine Holdings own by pooling our skills, maximising our resources and drawing on our considerable expertise – the 3rd Millennium Approach.
