Hugh started the business 23 years ago after leaving his former employer, he didn't intend to start up in the same trade, but a few of the customers he had done work for whilst in his old employment heard that he had left & asked Hugh if he would be prepared to carry on looking after their pool, so Hugh Leeper Pool Services was born.

As the company grew we invested in machinery so we could make our own liners and pool domes etc, because we now had the machinery this meant that we could now manufacture tarpaulins etc.

So when the company became LTD in October 2007 the name changed to Hugh Leeper Swimming Pools & Tarpaulins Ltd, and we continue to go from strength to strength as professional contractors.
