After much dialogue with The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, planning permission has been granted for our application for a new build dwelling house in the sought after village of Sunningdale in Berkshire.

Planning permission granted for our 10 unit scheme in Oakley, Basingstoke.

Another successful planning appeal won by Arktec with the Planning Inspectorate for a very contentious application within the green belt village, in Prince Consort Drive, Ascot.

Planning permission approved for our scheme of 3 new build houses in Addlestone, Surrey.

A successful planning permission granted on our application for 4 town houses in Market Place, Wokingham.

Following a very successful appeal decision, planning permission had been granted on what proved to be a very contentious scheme with Guildford Borough Council for 4 new build houses, located in Ash Green, Surrey.

Another successful planning permission gained in Hart, with planning approval for a 14 unit apartment block in Fleet, Hampshire.

The exclusive Millgate Homes development (High Warren, Ashtead – designed by Arktec) wins the prestigious ‘Evening Standard Award’ for “Best Out of London Home”.

Planning permission granted for a replacement dwelling located within the designated green belt in Priory Road, Ascot.

Another one of our developments in Prince Consort Drive, Ascot gets underway on site. This will be our 5th development on this road, and we have been instructed on a further 2 properties on the road (pending planning permission).

Planning permission sought for a 14,600sqft replacement dwelling located within the sensitive designated Green Belt area in Ascot.

Planning permission received for 8 houses in Bracknell.

Planning permission approved for a replacement dwelling located in the desirable Sunninghill area, in Berkshire.
