We currently provide support to 70 schools and 4 multi academy trusts through our programmes of improvement, and we’ve supported 31 schools in making the leap from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’.

Andrew very clearly identified areas we need to work on regarding our self-evaluation but most importantly gave us the action points to move forward with. As well as effectively critiquing all our self-evaluation documents he maximised every opportunity to develop the staff, posing insightful questions and scaffolding their answers. Andrew Binnell has been supporting Buttsbury Junior School since May 2013 and has played a pivotal role in our journey from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Good with Outstanding Features'. We have worked with Impetus since it began as an independent school improvement consultancy in 2010. Since that time they have provided a range of services focused on the needs of the school.
