You may receive a bill from us as we are responsible for collecting consumption data, sending you the bill for your usage and also making sure payment is received from you by whatever method you choose. We are NOT the energy supplier but are committed to support you in whatever issues you may have and escalate any technical or maintenance issues to the right parties.
