Prior to establishing Your Excellency Limited, Malcolm Taylor had over 20 years of international business experience, the majority of which was in the hi-tech sector. He held a variety of senior positions within finance and operations in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia.
Malcolm has a reputation for developing empowered organisations allowing a culture of continuous improvement through shared leadership, coaching and mentoring. Your Excellency works with a broad range of organisations, businesses and individuals in the private and public sector. In addition to coaching and leadership development programmes, Malcolm facilitates strategy meetings, team building events and objective setting exercises.
Malcolm brings passion, energy and insight allowing those he works with to gain greater awareness, effectivity and efficiency throughout their businesses and their lives as a whole. Malcolm is a qualified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Master Coach. He has also gained specialist NLP Practitioner status for sports personnel, the latter reflecting his lifelong passion for sports where he has participated and/or coached rugby, cricket and golf.
Lindsay’s particular passion is for raising the kudos of the PA and Administrative Professional. She spent 10 years as a PA/EA in organisations in the UK and USA including Transamerica Corporation the innovative financial services and products provider. Lindsay’s PA responsibilities have been at CEO level and have included international conference and event organisation and leading large teams of administrative/secretarial staff. She understands the diverse skill sets required of an excellent PA and the day to day challenges that are inevitably faced.
Lindsay is the proud author of “A-Z Pearls of Wisdom for Executive PAs” which is receiving high acclaim from the business and PA community as a beneficial and essential resource in today’s demanding business environment. She writes regular articles and features for administrative magazines and online resources including Executive Secretary Magazine and Desk Demon UK and regularly speaks at conferences and events for PAs and administrators.
Louise is Your Excellency’s Wellness Associate and a Yoga teacher. Formerly from a competitive sporting background, Louise’s success relied on being able to work as a team in a pressurised environment where being at the top of her game was key. It is through her interest in managing wellbeing with the pressure of performance that she realised the importance of being in balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This interest passionately drives the work that she does today. Louise believes that success and happiness ultimately come down to finding out what works for us as in individual, how we work with each other and in owning the choices we make.
Annie is a former PA with 15 years’ experience working at Director level in a range of industries and businesses. In 2004 Annie set up her own training and coaching organisation, Essentii.
She is delighted to be an Associate Trainer with Your Excellency Ltd sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise and specialises in delivering the “Produce Minutes of Meetings” and “Principles of Writing for Business” Units of the IQ/IAM Level 3 Award in Professional PA and Administration Skills.
Sarah is a performance coach and trainer at Illuminow Learning. She shares a rich mix of behavioural sciences, NLP, classic coaching and business mentoring with individuals and teams. Having worked in senior commercial media roles, Sarah brings pragmatic, outcome orientated energy to her work.
Sarah draws on her extensive experience on leading product launches, rebrands and commercial seminar events to deliver the “Principles of Business Event Management” and “Introduction to Marketing for Administrative Managers” Units of the IQ/IAM Level 3 Award in Professional PA and Administrative Skills.
Jackie is an independent HR Consultant with in-depth experience operating at senior levels within global businesses in the not-for-profit and commercial sectors. Jackie’s HR experience includes generalist Business Partnering roles as well as specialist HR roles covering L&D, ER, HR Policy & Contracts and Employee Engagement. Her experience has included the design and implementation of professional HR career pathways, competency frameworks and the training programmes associated with these.
