Jody has a background in 3 dimensional product design, which gives him a unique insight into what makes real products tick. More importantly though, over the last 15 years he’s learned through experience what it takes to see hugely ambitious digital programmes delivered perfectly. Jody runs Ostmodern’s commercial and operational activities, ensuring that we create robust client frameworks allied with the type of working environments which allow teams to create outstanding work.
Future broadcasting is an ongoing theme in Tom’s career. The design of future TV platforms formed the basis of his studies at art school, before he began his career at the BBC working on early prototypes for the emerging broadband video space. A key member of the team who introduced User Centred Design to the BBC, the subsequent 12 years have explored approaches to design process and creative problem solving, with the goal of creating uniquely useful and usable digital products.
Tim was responsible for creating some of the first ever proper digital products for the BBC and Channel 4 and has recently overseen our work on complex hardworking products for BFI, Sky and All 4. Initially studying fashion design, Tim has been dedicated to digital since 1998. Drawing on his experience in both Interaction Design and Information Architecture, he drives our strategic & creative thinking from concept to delivery ensuring our products simply work for our clients and their users.
Chris has over 15 years of experience in digital design, having been at the heart of a score of projects for many international brands and broadcasters including Arsenal, BBC, Channel 4, Aston Martin, MTV and Adidas. With a Masters in Industrial Design, his background leaves him well placed in leading the creation of product experiences that are as rewarding to use as they are beautiful to look at. An enthusiast for experience languages, design systems, brand and all things interactive, Chris and his team are dedicated to delivering creative innovation that makes a difference.
Richard has been pulling apart computers for as long as he could walk, and has spent the past decade working for brand giants including Nike, Nintendo, eBay, Volkswagen, BBC, and BT. His experience of running technical departments at acclaimed agencies, keen enthusiasm for UX and devotion to SCRUM and agile, gives Richard a covetable understanding of how to produce class-leading products.

Their layouts are flexible, with moveable whiteboards to create the perfect project spaces and get the whole team, including clients, brainstorming ideas and defining products together.
