Chris comes to RED from Elior UK where he was employed as the company Group Executive Chef, leading a team of development chefs with the responsibility for the development and maintenance of culinary standards within the entire £250M turnover Elior UK group.
Chris set up his own successful coffee bar business in 1998 with a string of high street outlets in and around Surrey turning over in excess of £1 million per annum.
In 1992 Lizzie moved into a Business Development role for Sodexo. Lizzie left Sodexo in 2001, joining Cater Link as Sales Director specialising in the Contract Catering market.
Steve Acton joined RED as Senior Consultant in 2010 with specific responsibility for food development within our Client portfolio.
Whilst at Cater Link, Lizzie was responsible for building the portfolio of schools from twenty to over two hundred in the space of nine years. During that time the company's turnover grew from £4 million to £25 million earning them the Sunday Times accolade of being the 5th fastest growing company in the country.
After 30 years within the industry Lizzie has moved into catering management consultancy for RED.
