The Teaching Team is an established local teaching agency, based in Leicester. We have been working with and supplying teaching staff to Leicester City and County schools for over 10 years. The Teaching Team use their extensive knowledge and experience to put you first, whether you are a teacher, nursery nurse or teaching assistant looking to join a teaching agency, or a school looking to use our services.
Our goal is simple, to ensure that you receive the best service possible! It is our firm belief that good solid relationships need to be built with both The Teaching Team staff members and the schools we supply to. Historically the best way to achieve this is continuity, which allows for a relationship to be formed with all our team members, schools and most importantly the children.
Who we are
Rachel set The Teaching Team up in 2007 as she saw a gap in the market of education supply, she wanted to work with a team who believed the same as her. Her vision was to provide a personal and approachable experience to her schools and her team members. With this in mind The Teaching Team was formed and with over 10 years of experience she has and still does maintain that personal, honest approach. Making every moment a school or teacher who works with her, the best it can be, going that extra mile and providing the best service she can. At heart Rachel is a happy, family orientated person who is passionate about her work, she enjoys walking in the Countryside and cooking her beloved vegetarian Indian food, tadka dal is her speciality and firm favourite!
Matt joined The Teaching Team to help with the increasing workload as the business started to grow. As Rachel’s brother and an experienced IT consultant he was the perfect choice. Sharing the same ethos of providing a personal and approachable experience for schools and teachers. As a Sister and Brother duo they share a similar sense of humour and work well together. Matt has recently been busy renovating his family home and getting married. As a sociable person he is happiest when others are smiling and laughing even if it is at his terrible jokes!
