"This award has been a long time coming, We first realised how important candidate experience was about 5 years ago. Ever since we have been working hard to make sure that our online assessments were user friendly to the candidate. We recognise that there has been a lot of bad practice and publicity by test suppliers in the past and we wanted to change that and provide anyone taking one of our assessments with a positive experience.
The psychometric testing industry has promoted this as best practice for years but most of the time it's the suppliers that make is so difficult for the recruiter or employer to provide valuable feedback. We changed all that by creating ways to automate the provision of feedback to candidates and this makes great business sense when you are using assessments in a volume recrutiment campaign or you don't have the capacity to verbally provide feedback on assessment results.
The development and thinking that has gone into improving how feedback is given to candidates has come along tremendously and we are still working hard to improve that further. We want to become known for it." -

Nigel is responsible for the business sales, marketing and support of PeopleClues in the UK. Nigel is a teaching graduate with a background in European business management and has over 20 years experience in the use of psychometric assessment in the recruitment and development of effective personnel. He holds a Certificate in Occupational Testing, is a well-known conference speaker and contributor to recruitment journals.
Paul is a founder member of Personal Consultancy Solutions Limited (pcslHR) and as joint Managing Director, Paul is responsible for the day-to-day operations and all technical product enquiries for PeopleClues in the UK.
Paul has a BA (Hons) Degree in HR and Business Management and has delivered a wide range of consultancy solutions to clients of all sizes.
