You will receive a key facts illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any fees relating to it. On most cases this fee is reduced to 50% or waived in full dependent on the complexity of your case. Any reduction in fees will be confirmed prior to application.

DM Financial Services do not offer a refund on our fees, once we have started the mortgage process. Our admin fees are payable on confirmation of your agreement in principle where applicable.
