Robbie invented and built the first Lobster Pot and Lobster Vision, and has grown the company into the global business it is today.
Before this he was an editor, producer and time-lapse cameraman. This gave him great visual and client skills, and that's reflected in the huge number of blue-chip companies we're proud to work for.
Jennie is responsible for managing all matters financial, as well as helping shape Lobster Pictures’ strategy and direct growth. She also ensures that all day-to-day business operations run smoothly at Lobster Towers. Her background in the film and TV industry has provided her with great experience of multitasking in a fast paced environment, something which proves invaluable in her current role.
Phil is responsible for all the client relationships at Lobster Pictures. With over twenty years' experience of consulting and managing in the public, private and third sectors Phil now looks to understand the digital challenges his construction clients face and how he can support them.
Dennis holds a business studies certificate (OU) and PRINCE2 Project Management Qualification.
He has a BEng in Communications Systems Engineering and ten years' experience in electronics production environments.
Happiest when knee deep in cameras, electronics and code, Jon leads our New Product Development team, bringing innovative ideas to life across a variety of hardware and software. The team is also responsible for keeping our mission-critical systems and infrastructure online 24/7.
Pete looks after Lobster Vision, adding new features and developing the product.
Kelly provides operational support - booking travel and accommodation and ordering equipment for Lobster Pots. She ensures the offices are ship-shape and Bristol fashion. With a background in art and design plus fifteen years experience in television production and post-production, Kelly brings a flash of colour and energy to the office.
Joe is one of the pillars that hold up Lobster pictures (literally, standing at 6'7"). A hard-working and focused member of the team, Joe installs and derigs cameras safely and professionally all over Europe. He holds CSCS, IPAF and working at height qualifications.
Melissa is an integral part of the installation and support teams. She has a first-class degree in Design Photography, and all the training required to work safely on sites. Prior to Lobster Pictures, she worked as a field engineer in the oil industry in Canada - so British winters are mild to her! She has dual Canadian and UK nationality and loves ice hockey.
With 8 years experience in the film and photography industry, he leads the Production Department overseeing the creation of our time-lapse films and other video content such a 360° experiences and scheduling filming.
He still actively gets behind the camera, to help craft stories for clients such as Ørsted, Network Rail and Historic Royal Palaces.
