Further support is offered to develop client specification, based on energy performance. Access is given to the right technical advisors at the earliest opportunity. At the build stage a client contract management service is also offered. This is to work on behalf of the client, with the suppliers and the contractor, by coordinating and pulling together the specified eco package for the project, in a timely and trouble free way.
