Thank you for the help Two Counties Care has given me over the last two years

we visited father on Wednesday and yesterday. It was good to see him looking so well and I write to thank you and your team for all the help that you are giving. Thank you for being so willing and flexible with the extra hours that you have given over the recent months

I would particularly like to comment on the flexibility that you and the carers showed when she needed extra assistance …… I cannot remember a single occasion of a carer not staying to help solve the problem …. you were always ready with additional or rescheduled care support if we needed it.

Many thanks to yourself and your staff for looking after my mother so well for the last four years …. at the age of 96, she now requires 24 hour specialized nursing care ….. but I think the friendliness of your carers has kept her cheerful when she needed their help …..    

We take a flexible approach to care and design our Care Plans to encourage people to enjoy as much independence as they are able, whether they are older people or others with a physical, sensory or cognitive disability. We are particularly used to supporting people who may be living with memory problems or Dementia and our staff are specifically trained to deal with those symptoms.
