Andrew, who started his business from the back of his van in 1987, is today a successful limited company retailing leading brands. The company operates from three premises in Holsworthy, South Molton and Crediton and employs over 40 full time staff.
Since 1987, the company has continued to serve the agricultural community under the same management of Andrew and Lisa Symons.
In late 1992, appointed as a sub-dealership for Fiatagri Tractors. Enjoying a sharp increase in market share which was generated by hard work, commitment and a desire to provide excellent after-sales service.
Finally in 1995 Andrew Symons Agricultural Engineers become a fully appointed New Holland Main Dealer,covering parts of Devon and Cornwall.
Andrew Symons Ltd was incorporated in 2007 as a limited company.
Over the last 30 years, the company has received the prestigious New Holland “Mark of Excellence” which is awarded to leading New Holland dealers in the UK.
With the continual growth of the company and a healthy market share a second branch was opened at South Molton in 2001, increasing the franchise area greatly.
February 2012, the company has developed and expanded into the Groundcare & Gardening field, and now offer many world leading brands.
