Lotuswise is an Accountancy practice with a difference. 35 years of financial experience in a variety of sectors such as telecoms, technology, distribution, professional services & consumer electronics, varying from large PLCs to SMEs, have left Lotuswise uniquely placed to help clients meet their compliance requirements but also to flourish as growing, well managed businesses. We provide innovative solutions but also pragmatic advice when appropriate. Passionately believing that process & good practice should not be the province of large entities alone, we made it our mission to bring these to the small business sector. We provide a variety of service packages which can be tailored to meet the exact requirements of our clients. These range from an entry level “Silver” package providing cloud accounting software, accounts and tax filing for the business and its owners, a “Gold” package which adds book-keeping and management accounts to a “Platinum” package which adds a part-time Finance director advisory service.
Our software offerings include the world leading QuickBooks Online cloud accounting package with automated bank feeds, estimates, invoicing, sales ledger, purchase orders, multi-currency, purchase invoice tracking and purchase ledger, budgeting and much more. QuickBooks Online comes from Intuit, a US Quoted Company with turnover of over $4.2bn and 1.8m subscribers worldwide. We are proud of our status as Platinum Partners and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisors with Advanced accreditations. We also offer Receipt Bank, the market leader in document capture which allows purchase invoices and receipts to be captured and entered automatically into QuickBooks, simply by forwarding an invoice by e-mail, or taking a photo of a document. Both QuickBooks Online and Receipt Bank are available for use from a variety of mobile devices. In addition, we are also Xero and Sage One partners and also work with other Cloud products such as Kashflow, Clearbooks and Free-Agent.

The Lotus flower is internationally known as a symbol of peace, prosperity and rebirth. A Lotus emerges from muddy waters, unspoilt and pure and it is considered to represent a wise and enlightened quality in a person. We thought it was a perfect symbol for the ethos of our firm which we apply in our day to day conduct.
