Ges is the founder and Managing Director of Rugged Mobile Systems. Ges is an Electrical & Electronic Engineer with over 40 years experience in the development and delivery of industrial and mobile IT solutions and consultancy.
Business Development Manager
‘Siân is a Professional Business Development Manager who advises on a broad range of mobile computing hardware. With 7 years experience in the Environmental Consultancy Sector, Siân specialises in solutions for the Contaminated Land, Geotechnical and GIS Surveying industries.’
Karen is an experienced Accounts Assistant who has been with RUGGED MOBILE Systems for over 3 years. Karen is your point of contact for any invoice, credit or outstanding payment queries. Karen is also a talented Garden Designer based in Cheshire.
Sergio has experience in IT technical support and has also worked in production line supervision and marketing. With an MSc in Systems and Computer Networks Administration, Sergio has an excellent working knowledge of IT and network maintenance. Sergio’s role involves a broad range of responsibilities including managing post-sale processes and ensuring clients orders are processed and delivered within agreed timescales. Sergio also provides support to our Technical Manager Peter with regards RMA processes.

By achieving our ISO 9001 certification, RUGGED MOBILE Systems are able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems we have in place meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
To gain the ISO 9001 certification, RUGGED MOBILE Systems had to demonstrate our dedication and commitment to meeting our customers’ needs, operating efficient management processes, and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.
