We are a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, with 20 years experience in building and project managing all aspects of private residential work. This includes extensions, conservatories, garage conversions and full refurbishments. We operate in Medway, and all of Kent and south London.

Lloyd Lundie Building Contractors is a family-owned business based in Medway, our aim is to deliver quality workmanship at competitive prices. We take this very seriously and we are proud to be a member of the “Medway Fair Trader” Trading standard scheme.
We believe that with major works like this, which, after all, affect your home or business, it is very important that you feel completely comfortable with your chosen builder and we know from our experience that although people want building work done, many are uncomfortable actually having workmen in to do the job.
Building can obviously be a noisy and dirty process and whilst we can’t avoid either ( sorry !), we will do everything possible to respect the environment we are working in, whether in terms of our cleanliness, courtesy, your privacy etc.
A significant proportion of our work is in Medway and comes from personal recommendation from previous clients. We believe that a reputation for quality goes a long way to making a successful company and we are more than happy to provide up-to-date references from existing and previous clients and to share with you some examples of my previous work.
