He successfully made the transition to selling show homes in 2003, and in 2007 formed Andrew Henry Interiors from a spare room at his home in Bristol.
John has worked in the Show Home Industry for the last 14 years, joining Andrew Henry in 2015. His career history has involved a mixture of management and interiors roles; he loves the buzz of handing over a project that exceeds expectations, and sells houses.
Harriet joined Andrew Henry Interiors in May 2015, from a background in show home design, interior styling and property management. She loves to see her vision come across in the real world – creating something that people want to aspire to.
Our longest-serving team member, Rachel has seen the company rise from its humble beginnings in Andrew’s spare room, in 2007.
Rachel has been in the design industry for 19 years, working in production design, set design for the BBC, and with her own freelance clients, before joining us in 2010.
She shares her passion for colour and textures with her children, both designers in the making! Always on-trend, Rachel’s love for new and exciting collections has opened up a wealth of ideas for her own home project in the South West.
A career change brought Jess to Interior Design in 2011, and then to Andrew Henry Interiors in 2013. She loves the initial stages of design: taking a concept and developing it into a fully researched and realised scheme. Children’s rooms are a specialty of hers; the fun and creavity appeals her adventurous side. When she’s not working, bunjee jumping or travelling the world, Jess can be found either volunteering or keeping fit – we don’t know where she finds the time!
Before joining Andrew Henry Interiors in 2014, Carrie worked as an Interior Designer for Laura Ashley. She loves to shop for unique and fitting pieces for clients’ homes – fulfilling her shopping addiction (but without spending all of her own money!)
Another multi-talented designer, she bakes celebration cakes and cupcakes as a small sideline business, and raises money for cancer charity, LINC.
A trained textile designer, Adelene started her career running a small business selling fabric and trimmings. After touring the UK she finished up in Bristol, where she moved from Fired Earth to be with us at Andrew Henry Interiors in 2013 as a Design Team Administrator.
she assists the designers and helps with the day to day running of the studio.
Jan joined us in 2011 from being a para-legal with a law firm in Surrey. She was introduced to Andrew in Bristol, and after an interview in a wine bar, her career change was sealed.
Outside of work, she can usually be found with a pencil in her hand as she love to draw. She also loves making clothes, making both bridesmaids and prom dresses. She is also the current Harry Potter Trivial Pursuit champion amoung her friends.
His role within the team will be styling show homes and working within the Installation Team as well as helping to develop an even greater online presence for Andrew Henry Interiors in the world of social media.
Before joining us in 2014, Richard spent 28 year in the Logistics & Warehousing Sector, running his own company and then managing a depot for a Pallet Network.
Martyn joined Andrew Henry Interiors in 2015 bringing with him valuable experience in various departments of cah & carry, from warehousing to buying. Working in installation & logistics he enjoys being part of a team that produces great results.
Emma joined our team of stylists in 2013. She is a tour de force of energy: when she’s not running marathons, at the gym or doing hardcore army assault courses, she’s organising the warehouse, and keeping our accessories in check.
Wendy’s career path has been an exciting and varied one, ranging from governmental work all the way through to the fashion industry. Trained in Accountancy, Business Studies and Graphic Design, Wendy joined us in 2008, after running two successful businesses.
Accounts Administrator and Business Development
Lucy joined us in 2013: but she wasn’t looking for a permanent role, she liked it so much she decided to stay. Always happy and helpful, Lucy works with Wendy with the processing of our supplier invoices.
She has a special bond with Jan, our Showhome Installation Manager who she fits in regular bed and and breakfast visits with when Andrew is away on business... and of course gets spoilt rotten.
Our regular visits to top-end trade shows ensure that we remain at the forefront of design innovation. We also work with suppliers to develop new products, giving us the leading edge in interior design.
He successfully made the transition to selling show homes in 2002, and in 2007 formed Andrew Henry Interiors from a spare room at his home in Bristol. The new venture took off immediately and Andrew fondly remembers the days when his cooker hood at home doubled up as spray booth extractor when sticking down design boards!
Today his company employs over 20 people and he has personally recruited a talented team who have helped him build a business and reputation he is very proud of.
Andrew is still very much at the front end of the business, managing a growing number of client relationships but also having an intrinsic understanding of the needs and aspirations of today’s new home buyers. He loves new business pitches, and brings excitement and enthusiasm to each and every project.
