The Tilehouse Dental Practice gives you access to a team of trusted, experienced dentists who offer both private and NHS treatment. We only use advanced equipment and high-quality products so our dental team can provide the very best patient care.
We are easily found in Hitchin, with a handy public car park just a short walk over the road.
We know how hectic life can be and help out by offering longer opening hours. We are open from 8am – 5.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8am – 7.30pm, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 5.30pm and 8.30am – 1pm on Saturday.
Staff was very friendly and the dentist was very calming, explained everything she was doing.
We are extremely proud to announce this February’s prize draw winner as Erin Neill, aged 11. Erin has said that she screamed a lot when they got the phone call. They were actually at a friend’s birthday party when they got the call and Erin has been excitedly telling everyone that she has won.
We also tried a number of scary rides such as the “Thunder mountain” rollercoaster and the “Tower of Terror” which provided lots of “chilling” fun!
Message from Parent: “We were so shocked and surprised when we got the call from Obex Dental confirming that we had won a trip to Disneyland Paris!!! Syma couldn't believe that she won she was screaming and jumping up and down, the kids had always wished to see Disneyland Paris and their wish was granted.
As a family orientated practice, we are keen to educate children about the importance of developing a good oral hygiene routine and eating a healthy diet. Last year, we visited a number of local schools and nurseries and we will be continuing on our quest to spread our dental health knowledge in the coming year.
During school visits, one of our team members gives oral hygiene and dietary advice to help enhance dental health knowledge within our community. We also distribute leaflets to encourage parents to make dental appointments for their children during school holidays, which can help reduce term-time absences.
