WaveTame Technologies manufacture materials and components for Radio Frequency Shielding and Thermal Management in electrical / electronic applications. Accredited to ISO9001:2008 and holding large stocks of raw materials we pride ourselves on friendly, helpful service, short lead times, low cost tooling for custom gasket requirements and right first time deliveries.
We specialise in supporting development, pre-production and low to medium volume production, with no minimum order requirement. Our staff have many years practical experience in the RFI Shielding and Thermal Management fields with the ability to assist in both new designs and tracing of legacy products. With origins arising from the acquisition and closure of Warth International Ltd, we are happy to assist with the identification and supply of Zemrex and Koolpad products from that company.
Our in house capabilities include compounding and moulding of conductive elastomers and mould tool production. Assembly and die cutting of thermal management materials and electrically conductive gaskets for EMI / RFI shielding and environmental sealing. Wire knitting for the production of solid wire, wire over elastomer, knit wrap bandage and construction of associated combination gaskets.
