Rob is Director of White Dragon Communications and established the agency in 2007. He manages all client relationships at White Dragon and is also responsible for securing new business and ensuring a high quality service is provided. Essentially, Rob is White Dragon. Prior to setting up the business, Rob was the Associate Director of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and former editor of the mortgage trade title, Mortgage Introducer. He likes to think that he invented the competition where industry people hold copies of trade magazines in front of notable landmarks such as the Taj Mahal, Sydney Opera House and Sardis Road - home of Pontypridd RFC. In one way, shape or form, Rob has been involved in financial services for the past 20 years. Rob is widely known as a ‘professional Welshman’ - although hasn't lived there for nearly 25 years - and his heroes are Max Boyce, Gareth Edwards, Shane Williams and Ruth Madoc. Though not necessarily in that order. He is (quelle surprise) an avid rugby fan, has been known to run a marathon or two, and can even play 'Hey Ya' by Outkast on an acoustic guitar.
