The BID board engaged Emotional Logic to research how digital products or services could collectively aid Manchester BID’s retail members. The final report to the board was warmly welcomed and I would like to thank all the Emotional Logic team for their hard work, expertise and patience as they rapidly increased our knowledge of the digital world

Emotional Logic really helped us to get a deeper understanding of how consumers really shop instead of how they think they shop delivering clearly structured learnings and tangible insights we could immediately put into action

The work conducted with Emotional Logic has given us insight into what is truly driving shopper behavior in in the in-store environment. The results were clear, insightful and robust and have enabled us to make changes that are directly resulting in sales increases. The team were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them.
