Prestige German Cars in an independent German car specialists for BMW, Mercedes Benz, MINI, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat and Smart and was established in 2003, privately owned and run by Jon and Lorraine Morgan with a great team of fully trained technicians with over 30 years experience.
We deal with customer warranty polices daily, we carry out work for major lease companies, franchised dealers and local independents and have a growing number of small business fleets locally.
The garage is RAC and AA approved, we are a member of Motorcodes an approved garage network. We are IMI registered, Trading Standard Institute (CTSI) approved and adhere to the Driving Standard Agency (DSA) regulations.
We are proud to offer that personal touch whose customer’s recommendations and satisfaction is our driving force, offering vehicle bookings six days a week we also have a recovery service or collection and delivery of your vehicle if required. We have a customer friendly reception and waiting area with refreshments and magazines.
I found that the overall service from booking the vehicle, discussing service and MOT and also the information provided by the staff, and timely and reliable arrangements for the collection of the vehicle were very smooth. I would highly recommend this garage.
What a great service from these guys, extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. The defect was diagnosed quickly and efficiently and the repairs are top notch. I got better service and advice from Prestige German cars than the main Dealer, I certainly will not be going back to the BMW dealership.
