ABOUT SUSTAINIT SOLUTIONS LTD

© 2015 - 2016 SustainIt Solutions Ltd.

Empowering employees to get involved and genuinely care about their contribution to achieving targets – we help our clients understand and own the notion of employee success

EDF is one of the largest integrated energy companies in the UK, providing gas and electricity to nearly 6 million households and businesses. With over 13,000 employees across the country and sustainability at the core of what they do, EDF is set on being at the forefront of CSR both on a business and personal level.

Our system optimisation project has provided Cadbury with increased performance alongside a reduction in the time spent managing the system

Cadbury’s is the second largest confectionary brand in the world, operating in more than fifty countries worldwide. The multinational giant produces some of the world's leading confectionary brands such as Dairy Milk, Crème Eggs and Swedish Fish. With over 50,000 employees across the globe and a rich history founded on extraordinary morals and ethics, Cadbury’s is looked to as a company that empowers the movement of social responsibility.

Cadbury’s has always pushed to innovate its sustainability practices. In doing so, it was only a matter of time before their current system began to struggle, slowing performance, productivity and general employee morale. Cadbury’s knew it was time to step things up.

Slashing carbon impact by 40% and inspiring a 39% productivity increase. That’s what SustainIt helps its partners achieve

Reckitt Benckiser (RB) is a world leader of everyday household goods, manufacturing many of the world's leading home brands such as Gaviscon, Strepsils, Clearasil and Veet. Operating 150 offices in over 60 countries RB’s products are in the homes of millions of consumers in more than 200 countries, worldwide.

Britannia Building Society came to SustainIt, as they needed an unbiased recommendation as to what CSR systems would match their requirements. We don’t believe in sales partnerships with software providers, every client comes to us with a different need and there’s no one-fits-all cookie cutter solution for that. Given our ethos, Britannia Building Society knew they were in good hands.

Centrica is the United Kingdom’s leading multinational utility company. As one of the largest providers of gas and electricity across both England, Wales and Scotland Centrica is the 26

largest company sitting on the London Stock Exchange with a primary listing. The company's offerings cover not only electricity generation, but natural gas production and household services such as plumbing. As a frequent face and attaining the highest market presence within the utility space, Centrica has long lived up to its duty ensuring it remains ahead of the CSR game.

As technology has continued to advance Centrica was receiving increased pressure to provide a more diverse context of sustainability data at a much more accurate degree. They needed SustainIt’s assistance to identify what functions of their current system could be fine-tuned to increase efficiency, make all stakeholders happy and put them one step ahead of competitors when in the CSR space.

Imperial Tobacco Group plc is a British multinational tobacco company headquartered in Bristol, United Kingdom. It is the world’s fourth-largest international cigarette company measured by market share and the world's largest producer of cigars, fine-cut tobacco and tobacco papers. Imperial Tobacco produces over 320 billion cigarettes per year, has 51 factories worldwide and its products are sold in over 160 countries.

Imperial Tobacco Group (ITG) required technical project management to assist implementation of a large global CSR system across 4 different business functions in over 100 sites, across 50 countries and in 5 different languages. ITG record data on over 1000 key performance indicators and needed ongoing support with data collection, verification and reporting. Over the last eight years this CSR system has grown further still, covering new areas of CSR and to cover the globe.

A long term, collaborative partnership managing one of the largest CSR data systems on the planet, with ten years of historic data and thousands of users – SustainIt provide Mondelez with the expertise they need.

EHS requirements keep expanding, and for a global corporate the size of Mondelez International, managing the software system can be a huge drain on resource. With thousands of users entering data across hundreds of sites, making sure that the system stays aligned with corporate objectives requires technical expertise and thorough planning.

Keeping an international user base engaged and making sure that the data you’re getting is accurate requires focussed training and a dedication to collaborating with users, and that’s what SustainIt were able to provide Kuoni.

Offering luxury holidays for more than a century, Kuoni were named the world’s leading luxury tour operator in 2013. Based in Switzerland, and with 11,000 employees spread across the planet Kuoni’s annual turnover of more than 6 billion US dollars firmly establishes them as a true powerhouse in the travel market.

Keeping your CSR system on track can be a challenge, especially when your organisation structure almost triples in size overnight – SustainIt helped Kraft expand their CSR system so they could keep on top of their EHS data.

Kraft Foods are a global snacks powerhouse with nearly 100 years of history and a turnover of 18 billion dollars. With more than 100,000 employees working in more than 300 sites around the world, Kraft are the number 1 chocolate and candy company in the world, and sell their products in 165 countries.

Kraft needed to be able to expand their CSR system. After a period of expansive growth, they had no one unified software solution for managing their EHS data. With more than 300 sites all needing to input monthly environmental, production and H&S data they needed to expand their existing EHS program quickly and efficiently across the globe.
