Imperial Tobacco Group (ITG) required technical project management to assist implementation of a large global CSR system across 4 different business functions in over 100 sites, across 50 countries and in 5 different languages. ITG record data on over 1000 key performance indicators and needed ongoing support with data collection, verification and reporting. Over the last eight years this CSR system has grown further still, covering new areas of CSR and to cover the globe.
