Block Property Management is a professional Chartered Surveying practice that is solely dedicated to managing the legal, accounting and maintenance of residential apartment blocks, communal estates & mixed use developments.
We are guided by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) giving our clients the added comfort of knowing that our procedures and actions are shaped by the worlds largest professional institution of land and property.
